“My rugby career has changed here at the DHL Stormers and playing for this team means a lot to me,” Ross said.

“We still have a lot we can achieve together and I want to play a major role in the future success to come,” he said.

John Dobson, Stormers Director of Rugby, added: “Ivan has been impressive since joining us three years ago and, at just 24 years old, there is still a lot to offer in a DHL Stormers jersey.

“He has physicality, speed and most of all a great attitude in everything he does, and we look forward to watching him continue to grow in our system.”

“These extensions and others that will be announced soon show that the key players on this team are committed to our vision and have agreed to build something special over the next few years, which is very exciting,” he said.
