The Manchester City striker scored 27 goals in Year 2 of the Premier League, taking him to 63 goals in both seasons, more than every player in the history of the competition.

Haaland's tally is eight goals more than Andy Cole (55), who ranks second behind the Norwegian international in terms of the number of goals scored in the first and second years in the English Premier League.

Ruud van Nistelrooy (48), Alan Shearer (47) and Kevin Phillips (44) complete the list of top five scorers in their first two seasons in the English top flight.

How did Haaland score his 63 goals in the English Premier League?

According to the Premier League, the 23-year-old striker has scored 43 of his 63 goals with his dominant left foot, eight with his right foot, and netted 11 with headers.

Haaland also scored 14 goals from 12 yards in his first and second years with Manchester City, with his last goal coming at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium on Tuesday night.
