Onyinyechi Zogg has stunned her followers with her latest post on social media platform Instagram.
Nigerian Super Falcons footballer Onyinyechi Zogg has moved to clarify photos of herself wearing the Spanish national team kit after sparking speculation that she has switched sides.
The 26-year-old, who was born in Switzerland to a Nigerian father, posted photos on Instagram wearing the famous red colors of the Spanish national team.

Onyinye Zogg said goodbye to her Turbine Potsdam teammates this week, confirming the end of her journey with the German club.
Onyinyechi clears the air of photos of Spain
As Zog was previously part of the Nigeria Falcons national team, the photos sparked questions from some of her followers as to whether she had chosen to play for Spain instead.
Comments included: “Did you choose Spain over Nigeria?”, “Playing for Spain is really cool” and “Switzerland and the Nigerian flag but you chose Spain instead.”
However, Zogg was quick to clarify that the photos were part of modeling work she did with kit manufacturer Adidas, captioning the original post: “Latest work with Adidas,” as Pulse Sports Nigeria initially reported.
In response to a query, the talented and beautiful defender said frankly:
“No, I'm just a model.”
Zogg has previously had trials with Nigeria's senior national team, the Super Falcons, but is yet to win a cap at this level.
With no suggestion that she has applied to FIFA to switch countries, the photos appear to be little more than modeling assignments as part of her endorsement deal with Adidas.
Onyinyechi Zogg currently plays for Swiss side Servette FC CF which she put on paper earlier this year on a contract that runs until the end of 2024.
