What is the weather forecast for the 2024 F1 Emilia Romagna Grand Prix?

Rain is likely to disrupt this weekend's Emilia-Romagna Grand Prix as Formula 1 returns to Imola.

The race was canceled last year due to heavy flooding in the area as Formula 1 deemed it not appropriate to draw emergency resources to hold the race.

But Imola will return for the seventh round of the 2024 season, with Max Verstappen winning the final race of 2022, but the rain that affected Imola that day may return this time.

Current forecasts from RacingNews365 Weather partner WearOnline It suggests Friday and Saturday will be dry, with temperatures around the 25 degree mark.

However, there is a chance of rain on Sunday, with showers passing through, with easterly winds translating into headwinds along the main straight and into the braking area at Tamburello.
