Weather update for the 2024 F1 Emilia Romagna GP

Max Verstappen starts from pole position for the Emilia Romagna Grand Prix, with McLaren's Lando Norris alongside him. Charles Leclerc and Carlos Sainz will start behind them on the Ferrari second row.

This is the first time Formula 1 will race at the Imola circuit since 2022, with last year's edition of the race canceled due to severe flooding in the area.

The 2024 Grand Prix will start at 15:00 CEST, which is 14:00 in the UK and Ireland.

While rain threatens over the weekend, the race is expected to be dry. There is only a 10-15 percent chance of rain during the jackpot. Although the probability of rain increases slightly in the event of a red flag failure, it remains a low probability.

The weather for the race is characterized by occasional sunny weather with light winds, with wind direction expected to change during the event. It will start from the northeast, before later blowing from the east.

The temperature is expected to remain constant throughout the Grand Prix period at 25°C, which will feel slightly hotter at 28°C. The UV index is listed as high.
