Standout Spanish goalkeeper wants to sign for Real Betis this summer

Real Betis are expected to be in the market for a new goalkeeper in the summer. Claudio Bravo is on his way out, while Rui Silva has been complacent in being deceptive at times, leading Manuel Pellegrini to rotate his team's goalkeepers regularly.

According to ED, Betis has his eye on a familiar face to be his new first-team goalkeeper, in Alvaro Valles. The 26-year-old was in the youth ranks of Los Verdeblancos between 2014 and 2018, after which he joined current club Las Palmas, where he had an impressive debut season in La Liga.

The report stated that Valles announced his desire to return to Real Betis in the summer, and would not accept anything else. This means that Las Palmas must look for a deal during the transfer window, otherwise they will be forced to lose him on a free at the end of next season.
