Sadio Mane: Former Saint set to abandon Cristiano Ronaldo and Al Nassr after losing league title to Al Hilal

Cristiano Ronaldo and Al Nassr could face more heartbreak in Saudi Arabia after Al Hilal linked Sadio Mane with an exit from the club.

Just one year after joining Cristiano Ronaldo and Al Nassr in Saudi Arabia, Sadio Mane could be returning to Europe.

Mane has achieved great success with Al-Nasr since joining the Saudi Professional League team from Bayern Munich last year.

Mane leaves Ronaldo and Al-Nasr

The former African Player of the Year scored 30 goals in just 42 matches for Al-Nasr, but may leave the club after a league defeat to Al-Hilal.

According to Sportskeeda, the 32-year-old has become the subject of transfer speculation from Turkey, with Super Lig giants Galatasaray SK reportedly interested in the former Saint.

With only two matches left to play, Galatasaray look in good shape for the title as they sit at the top of the table on six points and only need to win their remaining matches to clinch the Premier League title.

But it seems the Turkish side are already planning for next season which will also see them play in the Champions League should they win the league title.

If the deal turns out to be legitimate, the chance to appear in the Champions League again could be too good to turn down for the Senegalese star.

This will be a big blow to Ronaldo and Al-Nasr if Galatasaray manages to pull off the coup, especially after losing the Saudi Professional League title to its rival, Al-Hilal.
