Ricciardo launches furious Stroll criticism as Horner claps back at Wolff


Daniel Ricciardo has criticized Lance Stroll after the incident during the Chinese Grand Prix.

The pair made contact at the first safety car restart at Turn 14, with Stroll hitting the back of Ricciardo's car as they slowed for the turn.

Lance Stroll has described his crash with Daniel Ricciardo during the Chinese Grand Prix as “really stupid”, saying the sticking effect was to blame, not the Australian driver.

As the group prepared to return during the first safety car period during the race at the Shanghai International Circuit, a group of cars led by Stroll's teammate Fernando Alonso gathered at Turn 14.

Wolff hints at “other factors” influencing Verstappen's future in Formula 1

Red Bull team principal Christian Horner has criticized Toto Wolff after his comments on Max Verstappen after the Chinese Grand Prix.

Wolff said he feels there are multiple factors over which a driver decides to race, after highlighting the three-time drivers' champion at the top of his wish list in recent weeks.

Ricardo was given a penalty on the Miami GB grid

Daniel Ricciardo will be hit with a three-place penalty at the start of the Miami Grand Prix in two weeks after being found guilty of a safety car violation in China.

Ricciardo was called to the jury after the race in Shanghai where he allegedly overtook Nico Hulkenberg under safety car conditions.
