At least one defender is expected to be transferred by Barcelona. Ronald Araujo has been heavily linked with a move to Manchester United, but now looks set to stay in Catalonia. The Premier League giants appear to have moved on for another Blaugrana star, Jules Kounde.

FootballTransfers claimed that Barcelona are open to selling Kounde this summer, for a reduced price of €50 million. The report also suggests that Kounde would be open to a new adventure, amid alleged frustration with playing regularly as a right-back, when he prefers to play as a midfielder.
It would be a big surprise if Koundé is one of the players Barcelona let go in the summer, especially for €50m, given he has been one of their best performers over the past nine months. However, it cannot be completely ruled out if the player himself has paid for the exit.
