South African goalkeeper Ronwen Williams is anticipating a clash with Super Eagles striker Ronwen Williams Victor Osimhen in the semi-final.

The Bafana Bafana’s secured a semi-final spot after knocking out Cape Verde on penalties thanks to the heroics of Ronwen Williams.

After the victory over Cape Verde, Ronwen Williams said in the mixed zone when asked if it was special to play Nigeria’s Victor Osimhen, the current African Footballer of the Year, as reported by Allnigeriasoccer.

Ronwen said, “It’s special just to be part of the Africa Cup of Nations, seeing all these amazing African players playing in big teams in Europe, doing wonderful things so we are just glad we can show our worth as well as South Africans.
