Binch Racing has confirmed Zak Courderoy and Oliver Barr will form its line-up for the 2024 British Supersport Championship on a pair of Yamaha R6s.
For Courderoy, the deal signals a shift from the Gearlink Kawasaki team he competed with in 2023, while Barr is stepping up from the National Junior Superstock Championship, where he was a race winner at Knockhill.
“It’s good to be back on a Yamaha again,” said Courderoy. “I need to say a massive thanks to David and his team. I can’t tell you all how excited I am to get racing again with the Binch crew. It’s a team I have full belief in and I know they will do everything they can for me.
“The package they put underneath me will be everything I need and I know we can do some great things together. Roll on testing.”
Barr added: “I would just like to say that I am super grateful to be given the opportunity to be a part of the Binch Racing family. After a very productive winter, I’m feeling ready to get stuck into my rookie season.
“The whole setup is just what I was looking for and the team have made me very welcome. Racing alongside Zak will be great, I am looking forward to getting to know him and what we can learn along the way. It is going to be a lot of fun.”
