“I have withdrawn from the 2024 IOM TT races with immediate effect, and will provide an update on my plans for the rest of the season in the coming weeks. I would like to thank all my sponsors and my family for their continued support,” Cummins said. I support and wish my fellow competitors the best.”

Cummins has entered three races this week, withdrawing from the first Supersport race and the Superbike TT race. He finished seventh in Superstock Race 1.

Cummins' withdrawal leaves only Ian Hutchinson at Milenco by Padgett's Motorcycles team. Hutchinson, a 16-time TT winner, has been frank about his goals for this year's event, as he looks to understand whether he wants to continue competing beyond this year after a long period of injuries and illness, most recently suffering a stroke. Which prevented him from competing in the 2023 TT.

In Hutchinson's three races to date, he has finished 14th in Supersport Race 1, retired from the Superbike TT, and finished 12th in Superstock Race 1.
