Lookman's heartbreak against Juventus

Despite playing from end to end, it was Dusan Vlahovic's solo goal in the first half that proved the difference as Juventus lifted the Coppa Italia for a record 15th time.

It was a harsh blow for Luckman and Atalanta, who produced a brilliant second-half display in an end-to-end cup final.

Vlahovic thought he had doubled Juventus' lead in the second half, but his second goal was disallowed by the VAR, while Fabio Meretti also hit the woodwork for the Old Lady.

But ultimately, it was Vlahovic's magic moment in the first half that decided the thrilling contest in the Italian capital.

As for 26-year-old Nigerian star, Lookman, he has enjoyed an impressive season, scoring 12 goals and providing eight assists to help Atalanta reach fifth place in Serie A and the UEL final.

Despite Juve's defeat, Lookman and his teammates will have another chance to win the title when Atalanta face Bayer Leverkusen in the Europa League final later this month.
